OH NO! Did you just get a flat tire?

If you have a spare tire and tools in the trunk... do you know how to use them?
If not - don’t panic - call us now for a local 24/7 service call.

We are a local Tacoma towing company you can trust to get you back on the road with peace of mind. Towing Tacoma provides fast and friendly service to Tacoma, WA and nearby areas such as Fircrest, Lakewood, and University Place.

Whether you have the spare tire and tools or not, we’ll come equipped with everything necessary to either change out your flat tire or replace your tire with one of our spares. During the call we’ll ask basic questions about your automobile and you can let us know what tools and equipment you have, as well as any other helpful information that will allow us to provide the best value and service to you.

While you're waiting for our team to arrive, here are some flat tire tips:

1. Pull over as far from the road as possible and set your emergency brake to prevent the car from rolling.

2. Turn your hazard lights on to alert other motorists that your vehicle is not operable.

3. Locate your spare tire (if you have one) - They look different than your usual tire, often smaller and narrower.

4. Don’t try to change the flat tire yourself if you don’t have a car jack. You won’t be able to do it properly if you can’t get the wheel lifted off the ground.

5. If your vehicle has custom rims, you’ll need to have the key or special tool to remove them in order to change the tire on the roadside. Keep the key in your vehicle, or else towing to a local shop will be the only option.

6. Get a new tire on your vehicle ASAP! The spare tires are not meant to be driven at high speeds or long distances.  If you want to avoid this issue, have a full-size replacement as your spare - ask for it next time you buy tires!

Part of being a “good driver” is being prepared for times of crisis like getting a flat tire. The idea of preparedness is changing every day at the same time. These days, a towing company is only a search away on our smartphone - but what if there’s no service where you’re stranded? Hard copies of information such as your insurance cards, memberships such as AAA, and business cards for local auto services should always be kept in your vehicle, even if just as a backup.

A flat tire can happen to anyone, whether your tires are old or new. Don’t let it hold you back from getting to your “Point B.”  If you haven’t already, call us now for roadside help (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year) no matter what the weather, we’ll get you back on the road in no time!
